However, ensuring that you consume something within the first 2 hours could prove helpful to your fitness goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s worth noting that if you do meal prepping for either weight loss or muscle gain, try incorporating <a href=\"https:\/\/betterme.world\/articles\/meal-timing\/\">meal timing<\/a> too.
