and they were all given a workout routine based on their group.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the subjects were required to follow the workout program for 12 months.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only the home-based workout group received a telephone follow-up for the first 10 weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the study period, the researchers found similar long-term clinical outcomes and long-term exercise adherence results in the two study groups.
