This can be your baseline for how much protein you should be consuming a day on the paleo diet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has been suggested that the ideal protein intake for building or maintaining muscle mass is around 1.6 g of protein per kg of body weight per day.
